BICYCLE RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The terms and conditions for bicycle rental at CICLOS BENAVENT SL. with Tax ID Number B96244264 are as follows:
1. To rent a bicycle, the customer must provide their National Identity Card, Passport or some other form of valid documentation proving their identity.
2. By signing the paper contract, the customer accepts all the Terms and Conditions of the contract set out herein. Signing the contract is mandatory in order to collect the bicycles hired.
3. Bicycles will be collected and returned to our shop in Gandia during Ciclos Benavent’s business hours, Monday to Friday from 9.30 a.m. to 7.30 p.m. and Saturdays from 12 noon to 2 p.m. (other times may be agreed upon by both parties).
4. Bicycles delivered outside the agreed hours without justified notice will incur an increase in price according to the length of the delay, as this may result in the loss of service for another customer, with the corresponding problems that this may cause.
5. Once the customer’s rental period has ended, Ciclos Benavent staff will check both the bicycles and their components to ensure that everything is in perfect condition.
RESERVATIONS
6. To reserve a bicycle, confirmation from Ciclos Benavent is required. The deposit to be paid when collecting the bicycle will be €50 per bicycle, which will be refunded to the customer when the bicycle is returned.

CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS
10. The customer must give as much notice as possible for any cancellation.

11. Ciclos Benavent is not responsible for any damage, injury or problems suffered by the customer, or those that the customer may cause to third parties during the rental period.
12. The customer is solely responsible for both the bicycle and the components and accessories provided or rented, such as the pump, repair kit, pedals, etc. Any damage caused by misuse, negligence or a fall must be paid for by the customer, according to the current price list.
13. The customer is responsible for storing the bicycle in a safe and secure place. Theft, robbery, loss or misplacement of the bicycle is the responsibility of the customer, who must pay the full price of the bicycle and all its components and accessories, according to the current price list.
14. The customer is responsible for riding responsibly, respecting each and every one of the traffic regulations in our country.
15. This contract is governed by Spanish law. The place of jurisdiction shall be exclusively Gandia (Valencia), Spain.
